Private personal training

Our studio in the City provides both Group and Private personal training. Our private sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes long, performed on the Power Plate for the entire period. We always suggest beginning with traditional Power Plate sessions, however upon gaining enough strength, incorporating alternative Power Plate sessions can bring your results to a whole new level. Alternative Power Plate sessions include:

  • Boxing
  • Cardiovascular
  • Yoga
  • Stretching
  • Circuit

The Lifestyle Institute also prides itself on our Private at home training. Our highly skilled personal trainers visit clients at their homes in the Greater London area at all times of day and including weekends. In order to provide the perfect fit, please give us a ring to describe your personal training needs, goals, at-home equipment, and desired training schedule. We will then provide a quote and upon acceptance, send one of our trainers to you for your first session.
