The Lifestyle Institute is a fully dedicated Power Plate studio, located in London City. We provide 25 minute sessions, led by a highly experienced personal trainer. Group sessions are held with a maximum of 4 clients, while Private sessions are 1:1.

Inspired by the individual needs of clients - Power Plate training programs are designed to address issues from weight loss to osteoporosis, cellulite reduction to toning or muscle building; delivering sustainable results with minimal time investments. We can even ensure visible results within ONE month. Nutrition and exercise are balanced to produce strong, toned bodies.

Anyone can train on the plate, despite age, gender or fitness abilities. Our clients range from professional squash players to post-natal Moms. We also work with rehabilitation clients on a 1:1 basis.

POWER PLATE CLASSES:

We run our studio sessions a bit differently than others. Along with regular, full-body Power Plate training sessions, we provide a number of different classes in order to maximize your training time with us. Our training is regarded as being more intense than elsewhere, so be prepared to work hard!

BOXING: An intensive full body session using boxing gloves and pads, working continuously for 3 or 4 minute intervals.

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Advanced clients only. Full Body Circuit maxing out all muscle groups with focus on core strength, working at 5 minute intervals. Advanced.  

ABS & GLUTES: Full focus on your core and glutes, leaving no wobbly bits behind!

CARDIOVASCULAR: Plates set to 5 minutes, with 1 minute breaks in between each set of cardiovascular work. Advanced class - not suitable if you don't want to sweat!
 
UPPER BODY STRENGTH: Intense session focusing on strengthening all upper body muscle areas - core, arms, chest and back.
 
STRETCH & CORE: A session fully dedicated to stretching out and massaging with abdominal interval work.
